From Sharon Stone’s transformation into a Hollywood sex symbol to Denzel Washington's multifaceted approach to acting, the photographs capture moments of vulnerability, determination, and authenticity, revealing the human side of these celebrated figures. Wayda was able to capture the essence of these A-list celebrities by bringing his signature attitude of fun to each shoot.

Gala Mirissa utilized a generative digital art tool employing JavaScript to collaborate with these photographs and reinterpret the traditional imagery. Mirissa also employed After Effects to merge the outcomes, animating the elements to create a unique motion artwork inspired by Stephen's exceptional visual perspective.

Using these techniques, Mirissa continues to bring her unique vision to blend the traditional with the innovations of the future. In her own words, "It's deeply gratifying for me to infuse modernity into images that have shaped our history."

Stephen Wayda is a renowned American photographer, born in 1946, best known for his work with Playboy magazine, where he became one of the publication’s most featured and respected photographers. His style is distinguished by a refined use of light and composition, aiming to capture the personality and essence of his subjects beyond simple posing. Throughout his career, he has photographed numerous celebrities and pop culture icons, and his portraits have been featured in exhibitions, private collections, and digital art platforms. 

 Gala Mirissa, on the other hand, is a Spanish digital artist from Reus (Tarragona), based in Barcelona. She is known for combining photography, motion graphics, and generative art, often using JavaScript to create dynamic and expressive visual pieces. Mirissa is considered one of the pioneers of NFT art in Spain and was recognized by Forbes Spain among the “100 Most Creative People in Business.” Her work explores themes such as movement, identity, feminism, and visual transformation, blending technology and emotion to produce immersive, contemporary digital artworks.
